How should I prepare for my first visit?
Bring a photo ID and all your previous reports — X-rays, MRI or CT scans, blood tests — and the medicines you take now. If you have a plaster or a splint, wear loose clothing. Please arrive 10 minutes early.
How does a video consultation work?
After you book, you get the video call link on WhatsApp. Keep your X-rays and reports ready, or send them on WhatsApp before the call. The doctor reviews them with you, answers your questions and sends a digital prescription.
How do I pay the consultation fee?
You can pay the fee online by UPI when you book — your appointment is confirmed straight away — or pay at the clinic on the day of your visit.
Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp the clinic before your appointment time and we will move or cancel it for you.
What should I do in an emergency?
For a serious injury — a suspected fracture, a deep cut, heavy bleeding, or a hand injury with numbness or loss of movement — go to the nearest hospital emergency or call 112 at once. Do not wait for an appointment.
How long is a consultation?
An in-person or video consultation takes about 15 minutes. A second-opinion review of your reports takes about 30 minutes.
